Pearle Beach Resort & Spa

Very close to the beach with nice environment

I can't recommend Pearle Beach Resort enough. The service here is by far the best I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have been lucky enough to visit lots of them. Every member of the team is friendly and welcoming and you are made to feel like part of the family. Sandy in particular made our stay special, always coming over to chat and giving us great advice on where to visit on the island. The restaurant team were all brilliant, Julietta,Julian,Ariella and everyone else (sorry I don't know all the names). Vikash and the other chefs always came out at meal times to check everything was perfect and chat to the guests. The food selection was good, there were different themed nights and always Mauritian food to try each day. There was always plenty for my boyfriend to eat who is vegetarian. We hired a car through the hotel, Luqmaan on reception was great at helping with this. I would definitely recommend this as a way of seeing the rest of the island. We love snorkelling and found that the beach the hotel is on, was for us the best on the island. You can swim very easily in the lagoon straight off the beach and see all sorts of different marine life,without needing to book a boat trip. We stayed in room 309 and it was perfect. This is one of the recently renovated rooms with a sea view. Sitting on the balcony at the end of each day and watching the sunset was my favourite thing to do. On arrival we were treated to a fruit platter and a bottle of fizz delivered to our room and a couple of welcome gifts. One night we were even invited for drinks with the management team in a 'secret' location. The housekeeping team were also brilliant. I loved that they visited the rooms on the evening to check if you needed anything even after they had already been earlier in the day. Damien from the entertainment team was great, I joined one of his aqua gym classes which was a laugh. He was quick to learn which guests were keen to join in activities and which ones preferred to observe and he didn't harass you. Patrick and the team in the bar were very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Mauritius. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Ramparsad, who recommended the lobster dinner on the beach to us. Its one of the best. The breakfast also is amazing. Thank You Mr Ramparsad for your assistance and hospitality.

I booked a night for my Mrs birthday, what can I say, I wish I had booked more days to stay, well next time will definitely book min a week, we had such and amazing time there, very clean and pleasant atmosphere, my wife and the kids were very happy and surprised with the birthday cake ,the room the music and the staff singing happy birthday while bringing her the cake. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Dave Bundhoo (general manager) who looked after us so well in every way possible and thank you to all the staff who was very polite with a genuine smile, would fully recommend this hotel and I'm gonna book again on my next visit to Mauritius

The only good thing about my visit to this hotel was the wide variety of drinks available. Staff were also helpful. However, lunch buffet had a very limited variety of food. Requires much improvement, especially for a four star hotel! Sea activities were cancelled on the day I went due to weather conditions. Having to stay indoors, I could see that there is a dire lack of indoor activities and poor entertainment. Atmosphere was mostly quiet. Changing rooms are across the road and very far from swimming pool, which is very inconvenient. More sunbeds can also be added.

Vanessa and Kamlesh from buffet were very nice and helpful they had a smile on their face we did not feel like we were disturbing them. Whereas the African security, Andy waiter and the bar team were cold toward us not a single smile on their face and there was not enough variety of food on the Asian buffet no cold dishes, the hot corner was delightful dessert we had only fruit salad as the other was not tasteful on top of that the fruit salad was like a bowl of soup. We feel that we went to a basic restaurant and not a 4 stars hotel. The security was knocking harshly on the car window to give directive for parking

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pearl Beach resort and spa hotel. The staff have been amazing and so friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, particularly Patrick, Josiah, all the staff at the pool bar. Reception, and dining area. Had 3 trips out with amazing people. Thankyou all so much.

Dear management team and all family member of pearle beach, thank you for making our stay memorable. my mom and myself had a sweet time. i will like to thank Nadia for the superb zumba class, Mr Keshav, head chef for being attentive to our needs and ensuring i had veg food and each and every family member of pearle beach, the housekeeping manager for giving us clean room. am definitely coming back soon. keep the good customer service up. poojita :)

Excellent service specially from Mr Jean Edinho! Would be back again ❤️ Highly recommended to people who want to try new places! Good food- specially the burger from the food truck. Love that there were a variety of drinks available! See you soon ❤️
